  Located about 5 miles southwest of the town of San Francisco De Conchos, 18 miles southwest of Camargo, and approximately 100 miles southeast of the City of Chihuahua in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, we have TWO ADJOINING LOTS totaling 5,083.80 square meters (54,721 square feet; 1.25 acres). With regard to non-Mexican nationals owning real estate in Mexico, foreign buyers can purchase real estate with 100% deeded ownership as long as the property is located at least 100 kilometers from the international borders and 50 kilometers from the coastline (the “Restricted Zone“). As this property is located outside the Restricted Zone, foreign buyers can purchase the land and hold title in their own names without restriction.
